Arcadia has been rebooted in order to implement the Contagion Event (details to follow).
✓ Fixed a bug where items with balanced DC/MC/SC did not identify with added DC/MC/SC (Celestial etc)
✓ Added protocol so that high DC items will not upgrade with Magic / Soul Attack, vice versa
✓ Removed “Past Bichon kills” from quests
✓ Updated some drops for low level regions
✓ Updated some merchants for low level regions (more to come)
✓ Added some Fire damage / defence to Evil Mir armours
✓ Added Oma Spirit Stone into drops
✓ Other minor adjustments
