Teleport Book not dropping

Hi All,
New to The game. Need to find teleport book as a wizard. Should be outside oma cave, but no matter how many mobs I kill it won’t drop.
Am I looking the right place?
 
There has been an update what has removed some low level spells what are deemed useless. If you go on the main forum screen you will see Arcadia News, head there and check out the changes for the "Spring Updates"

After writing all this I notice your account was made this month, first post, probably be banned like the rest of these strange accounts cropping up. If I'm wrong I apologise!

To be fair this one does sound genuine, just been a weird pattern recently

I must admit while I agree with the others being removed, I'm not sure why teleport was removed, I think it's a useful skill, I know I have used it from time to time
 
Thanks! I needed for a beginners quest though, so not sure how to get past that point without the book.
Should I start a new quest, or just do something else?

The name might suggest something else, but not a troll ;) Actually just getting into the game.
 
I have an old copy of the book unsure if it will still work but pm me in-game and I'll sort you out.

Welcome and sorry again for jumping to conclusions!

I think some quests are now not able to be completed as a result of the dev team removing some low level spells.
