Hi Andy,

I have tried to contact you on multiple occasion's. I have still Heard nothing from you.

My account has been suspended and I'm still not sure why! At least some form of reasoning would be nice.

I am severely displeased with the lack of communication more so the banning of my account when the event had just started and was my chance to Power level up to a decent standard, that is whats wound me up the most.

So if you can please get back to me, as I have just donated £100 before I got banned and the money has gone through as i checked with paypal. Otherwise I will have to take this further.

99% of the time Andy is right about banning people. He sees all your email and post but he wants you to know that he knows you know that you fykd up. Now am not saying you did something wrong maybe your that 1% where he has misjudged or you could be banned by the system due to using IOS which has happened to people before and that ban goes after 2 days. I wanna see if am right now about Andy :)
 
Hi thanks for your support. It looks like it is resolved now. Accounts are automatically suspended when banks recall transactions (pretty standard with apps / online gaming).
