Announcement Snowbrook Christmas 2023

Do guilds take low lvl people (like 120-130ish) on the daily event guild hunts?
Would this be a good time to look for a guild as a noob, or is it just high lvl stuff anyway?

I feel like if i wanted to add a mythic socket on an item I'd have to donate to buy GG and then buy gold with that GG.. seems like the only way

i think theres not many people donating anymore and this is probably one way of getting people to have to donate more.... scorps a clever guy :)

Theres not really much exp to be gained unless you clear them which most people don't. Everyone just bounces straight to bosses in most cases

During event is an even harder time to get into a major guild than usual, because they are restricted to 30 members per guild, and a lot of former members will return to the game to play the event and will likely take precedence over new ones

For joining a guild in general, activity is more important for most guilds than your level. If you're killing stuff every day and making demon souls, that benefits the guild

So as a noob I should just go for the solo cave for my lvl. Thanks. I was thinking about looking for a guild, but I guess Ill do it after the event.

We tried to de level our old guild and it took months. We gave up and made new one.

De leveling a guild is not easy for us

Well just sit out on doing the guild cave :)

looking at that chart after 4 days of guilds in caves and gg most can achieve above lvl 20 access to event cave as the % of points to raise level is easier until say level 27 then it requires pumping the blues and reds to raise and sustain the entry point for 1-2 days, i would estimate achievable by boxing day if 6-8 members do caves and gg caves for guilds lying around the 20 mark
 
The problem I have wouldn't be getting the guild to level 30, we stay at level 20 for a reason.

Setting this cave to level 30 is just excluding all guilds but 5 from doing this content. Seems silly to me.

Either way I'm not going to sully this thread any further with my gripes, I've said what I needed to.

No offence but there's pretty much only 6 active guilds on this server if you look at it this way:
Immortals - Active
Legacy - Active
WildCard - Active
Templar - Active
TheLegends - Active.

The rest are all very very small guilds, A lot of them are alt guilds.
NotoriousDragons disbanded, leader made 5 alt guilds so he can farm ely ores and
EpicFighter (alt guild)
JustRelax inactive
FirstBlooD - disbanded only two people actually play that guild and they are also apart of noto,epicfighter
PornStars - active but they're a very small guild I can only name 3-4 high level players in that guild off my head
420Elite - Active guild full of new players - sadly it seems only they will suffer from not being able to do the guild event caves as they're a new guild with low levels however it wont affect them much as the majority of them aren't on heroes league
Netflix -in active these members and just relax the majority used to be in 1 guild
Elysian - In active, very small guild
Delirious - inactive, very small guild
Apex - inactive very small guild
MirFamily - May be incorrect but i think this is 420elites 2nd guild as they ran out of seats for their guild full of new players
Eru -inactive very small guild used to be members of Legacy but they left and made their own guild
OldSchoolRambo - Inactive small guild, leader lvl 136..
Utopia - Inactive.

There are only 5 guilds on this server that have high level players, the rests are alts or disbanded guilds that once used to be a thing in the past.
With 420Elite being the only exception, they are a new guild full of new players they're pretty much going to be the only guild that misses out on that part of the event but it's not the end of the world. The majority of them are low level.

That was my point, I'm very sorry If I've offended anyone. I'm a human and make mistakes, if there is any inaccuracies in what I've said please feel free to correct me and we can discuss this, I have tried my best to be as accurate as possible.
 
420elite is mostly 185+ now.

In point of fact we have 2 people under 180 at this point. Mostly 185/190+.

420elite i feel for them all very nice people , play different times than others on server , nice to kill the odd sub with them whilst drinking coffee at 4am swedish time.
I think he set the limit at lvl 30 as it will use the sturcture and programmed form of the Epic Cave and thats coded at level 30 , maybe in the future he can re code it for low level guilds ......

This was my point originally, if you are not in any of the top 6 guilds, you are missing out. The Event should be open to all guilds at any level, maybe Scorp could of just made an easier map like he had done on the event hunting grounds. This is just another sucker punch for newer guilds and new players and hence why they do not seem to hang around. If i was Scorp, and he is losing donations or whatever surely keeping new players around is a financially better option?

Yeah, you kind of have to join the "top 6 guilds" as they are the only active guilds that have high level players in the game pretty much, the rest are just alts or inactive guilds a lot of them are disbanded (with the exception of 420 elite). Or just wait next year until 420 elite have enough high level players to reach lvl 30 (wont take long), you're not really missing out on anything tbf, there's two reasons for the entry requirements being lvl 30. One is to stop other players exploiting by using alt guilds, second is because this is high level content if your guild is not level 30 you probably won't be able to clear the dungeon.
 
I wouldn't expect too much from the Guild hunts.. Its more about giving those who enjoy the Guild experience have some extra options and frees up space in the other areas for those who don't..

You keep the guild artificially low for a reason, as you say. I assume the reason is to keep the cost of shields and stability maintenance low. Rewards come at a cost. If you want the rewards, you pay the cost. Level your guild up to 30, when event starts you will do that very easily. If you have as much activity as you say then that should take a couple of days at most, then you can try out the high level content. Can't have it both ways bud.
