All I can suggest is it's a learning experience to avoid the places where the pk action happens, until you are ready and/or want to join in.
I dislike pk as much as it sounds you do, so I've taken to simply avoiding it when possible. It's unpleasant being a target, and you can believe me I'm a target, let's not get into that one heh.
There are plenty things you can do in the game to enjoy it, and indeed the event, without risking pk. The event caves for example, are free zones (pk is possible) but there are no player drops, so there's no risk other than a bit of wasted time, and it will only be people in a similar level range to you.
Unfortunately with snowbrook being open to all levels and being rather lucrative, you will find the best and the worst coming face to face there. There's plenty people out there who seem make it their goal to simply upset and annoy others. I had a chat with Meatball ingame too about this, and the person named is definitely one of them. If you feel there has been any form of bullying within the game, I'd recommend you follow the guidance GM has posted as a popup when you log.
They want you to quit, they want everyone to quit, so they can be "kings" of an otherwise empty server. Don't let them win by giving them the satisfaction. Continue your play and enjoy what you're doing, with a small adjustment of avoiding the areas where heated pk happens, and you'll have a much more satisfying time.
