Iv checked all blacksmiths but im unable to locate where to take for upgrading, Could you shine some light on this please will be good for other for future also.

Have you tried the npc in the new gp cave? 4th floor bottom right

It’s a peddler, but no I have not tried, normally you need a blacksmith and these weapons were ingame before the cave.

I went and checked everywhere too for the armour upgrade , but xarris found the npc hiding inside a house , maybe check the blacksmiths house ?
