Leveling up Tao Pets

QQ, is there a fast way to level up Tao pets after they've been summoned? Not leveling the skills but leveling the pets themselves by farming mobs. Sometimes my pets get killed and I have to re-summon them, and it takes forever to reach the max level (dark blue names).

Any advice here will be much appreciated!
 
Very low level stuff won't help, but you want lots of mobs. If you're a suitable level then Shadow Zuma can work well, find some bugbats, it should be fast enough. Or low-ish level bosses that you can churn through

Honestly though, I'd focus on finding the level 4 skills. If you can get all the pet summon skills to level 4, and master summoner. Then you'll spawn your pets at level 6, only one away from max, and you'll never need to think about it again
 
Teleport to Death Valley (I think it’s called) from Bichon teleport shrine, the 3rd floor there is usually packed with low level monsters that tao pets level up really really quickly from. Can get to max pet level in a few minutes. Really easy to get too as well.

Is there a guide to where I can find level 4 skills? I've heard about them but didn't manage to figure out which caves/mobs to hunt for. I'm lvl 158 right now, btw, not sure if that's too low a level to starting hunting for level 4 skills.

Yeah you're a bit low atm, the bosses that give them are in hellmouth, riftshattered mongchon, and elysian dungeon. All 190+ places

Hellmouth is normally a pretty friendly place when looking for lvl 4 skills people openly group and kill bosses together if you can survive in there you will normally find others willing to help find and kill bosses together
