Hi a bit of a noobie question here, but how long does it take for game gold to land at the weekend?. I have a receipt but nothing has
arrived as of yet. Just wondering in case it has been sent to an ancient unused account. Any hep would be appreciated.
 
It goes to whatever account you're logged into when you buy it, since you buy it through the forum.

I believe there are some anti-fraud systems in place so in some cases (especially if it's a new account or if you've changed cards) then it may sometimes need manual approval from GM.

I'm lucky to have never experienced such a delay, but from seeing a lot of similar cases, I'd say a day or two is average for such approval
 
It usually comes through within secs. It may be delayed if its a 1st purchase. You can always use the ask an admin option, scorp usually responds in 24 hrs
 
Thanks for everyones input. It was my fault. I was a bit of a tool. I was using a different browser not used for ages and it autofilled my mir account details in. I didnt look, just agreed the terms and pressed the button. This autofill was from a previous time I played Arcadia, different account so it went to the wrong toon. Was able to log this other character on my lappie. I just set up my stall and charged her the 1550 guild gold for some pet food. Matter resolved. Once again, thanks for looking.
