Someone logged on to Vic, a heavily shared account, and he died and was revived until he had dropped all of his kit. It was sold and spread around the game. People got suspended, and the items were tracked and returned.

Exactly.
I just heard of another incident and because the person donates more than I do. It was rectified within 4 days.
FYI the GG malph stole was all from purchases. So was the kit.
