wrath lvling

Any suggestions on how to lvl it? Just stays 0, tried both spells that use it, waiting so spells to run out.

Any ideas of how I’m being stupid or is it bugged?

Need to wait battle field time to run out then u can lvl it throw damage field the normal one .

just used skill nec went in trainer and use damage field spell continuously
