White screen issue

Hey,

Anyone able to help me out I'm having issues running the client it launches but I get a white screen. I can hear the sound in the background. I have updated my graphics card drivers and done a windows update. I'm running windows 10 (64 bit). I've also tried compatibility mode for windows 7 and windows xp and running as administrator.

Pressing alt+enter to go windows mode then pressing alt+enter again to go full screen mode usually sorts the problem for me.
