The change to pet timers might be the thing that pushes me away. I can only play at weekends, and now it seems every time I log on I have to go and find new pets or the game is not worth playing.

I don't know when this change was made, but it's ridilious.

The pet timers is a great idea. Having 5 lvl 7 pets of your choice until they die? That wouldn't be fair.

So just because you don't like it, doesn't mean it not in the best interest of our beloved Mir.

Why are people always poopooing Scorpion? He does so much for Mir! It also seems when the sun comes out people don't log on as often, then like clock work we all come back in the fall.

Scorp is taking a vacation? He has more than earned it.

If anyone here worked even 1/5 as hard as he grinds you would all have the highest lvls and best kits.

He has a valid explanation if you read his issue properly.

Maybe a purchase option of GG, DS or Loyalty point's to store pets for a certain extended period would suffice.

I'm a paying subscriber and regularly make purchases, therefore I am a customer, who has the right to express my opinions, wether if be positive or negative. It's similar to leaving a review for a restaurant you may have visited at the weekend.

Most people try to offer constructive criticism to simply get no correspondence in return, hence why they are all leaving, they feel they are being ignored.

I've not once said Scorpion has done a bad job at keeping Mir alive, in fact he's built a fantastic server hence the reason I play. I have criticized his decisions on many of occasions, without people mentioning they are unhappy, how would he ever know how his costumers are feeling?

Now i won't be so insulting towards you, because I'm a grown up.

Express your opinions, absolutely, you have that right. But respect that others also have that right. Your first instinct when someone expressed an opinion that didn't align with yours was to insult them personally. Not a good look dude

I have many opinions on many things and I enjoy sharing my thoughts, with evidence and full explanations, but I got sick of being shit on and people insult me at a personal level every time I say something that isn't in line with the popular view that you have to hate the GM to be accepted

That attitude puts people, including me, off, from having proper constructive conversations and debates in order to find useful solutions. It just turns the whole thing into a useless witch hunt

I respect that. I wouldn't automatically jump to saying you're wrong though, you just took an unhelpful angle on the debate, maybe it was a bit reactionary, for whatever reason, all good. I think we can still discuss things with differing views and keep it constructive

As I say, I (like many other) can't play this game every day - Now, people who play Wizards and who can only play once a week are being unfairly punished. If I play now, my whole time is spent looking for pets with very little time to do anything else. There is no point spending time in the game for that.

There were timers for wizard' pets since the release of Mir Dragon Server in 2001.

Andy only made it true to its origins because of how massively powerful Mages without pets already are in Arcadia.

pets last 10 days so ur argument is invalid. all u gotta do it log on every 9 days and you'll have ur pets forever.
