URGENT Recall Set Not Working

Since this mornings reboot I have tried to recall and there is a message saying to wear recall set even though I have the full set on.

Could you please look into it?

Recall dose not work at all today and i know my recall kit is fine as it is all dura 5 just not working telling me i must wear it and i am

Yeah its only stopped working after the last reboot (10am)

Still not able to Recall , all the dura's on the items are fine except i have a 0/5 recall helm but its red dura not grey so should still work, but nope :/ still get the error message "You must wear a Recall set to use this feature"
