upgrading bugged?

Hi,

I have been attempting to upgrade a drake necklace over the past few nights, I have had 12 or so attempts now and while the damage and resistance stats havnt been what I have wanted, each and every time it has upgraded with + 10 or so DC, why never sc or mc? is it a bug?

After all those attempts yes it will raise this question. But imo it’s just your luck, I know others who’s had numerous tries and still unsuccessful. On other note I have recently been noticing that stones I get are mostly +8 Mc/dc/sc depending on class of stone.

Anyways maybe your right or it’s just how it is.
