Hi Can someone tell me how to uninstall the game so I can re-download it?
Since the new update I am unable to read from the exp bar at the bottom of my screen. When I click on it it makes my character move.
When I try to look at the exp via the stats list on the characters icon, it is difficult to have the cursor highlight the stats list and it lags the entire screen.
I have windows 10 on my laptop and have not changed anything.
I logged off my two accounts before the reboot for the new upgrade.
Then as the game came on it loaded all the files and opened the screen to log on through. There were no error messages on screen.
I saw that my exp bar showed more exp than I had when I logged off and as I tried to highlight it with the cursor it did nothing except make my character take a step in the direction of the cursor.
I have windowed the game and I can in that mode access the exp bar and see present exp and the total needed for the level.
But I cannot play the game in that small window.
I cannot find the programme on my laptop to uninstall it and download it again. Or do I just reinstall it over the present one?
 
There's no uninstall needed, just delete the folder it's installed in, done

Do that, then install again

That said, a few times I've experienced the lag issue where the whole PC seems to lock up when you highlight stats, rebooting my PC seemed to fix it

I'm still having this issue, any other fixes? like i hover my mouse cursor over items left+right in bag it'll lag, hover over char stats it lags
Click on NPC loading, it lags

rebooted alot / reconnected my router too, still same issue

Update note says ✓ Improved merchant shop loading time

but seems game slower to me now than previous
 
This still doesn’t answer the issue why I cannot see my exp on the bar at the bottom. Rebooting router improved the character stats list access.
 
Just to clarify - the exp bar is visible but it shows nothing in full screen? And in windowed mode it makes the game laggy?

In full screen does the cursor go below the screen or anything?
If it does please can you check with your display driver settings - there may be something there restricting the view. "Stretch to fit" may help.

This was 100% fine before the update?

Same. I can see the bar but when i hover over it no exp is displayed and I've tried everywhere to find it. It was fine before update .
 
Yes it was working perfectly before the update.
My screen shows three quarters of the exp bar so the cursor can access it but nothing shows and as I said before if you click in the bar it moves my char.
I have reinstalled the game changed resolution etc and nothing restores it.
As for accessing the icon on my chars stats to see the exp there, thats so laggy and at times hard to get the cursor on it.

As for experience bar not visible try Alt + Enter (play in windowed mode)
I'm using Desktop so far no problem with full window, exp bar visible
 
Strange, everything has been fine for me, from browsing through items in bag to Windowed Mode being fine too.
 
I’ve tried this on 2 laptops now and both in window mode are smaller than before update. Andy can you checks this out please.

Same. Although a long time in the past I did experience what these guys are seeing. Simply reinstalling sorted it for me back then, so maybe something else is going on now
 
totally lags game if i try to look at the icon for stats list. its also so hard to even get the cursor to highlight the point where you can have the list displayed.
It needs fixing.
 
And another error that is now occurring as I log on there are 2 of the same account shortcuts showing on the bottom bar of the laptop.
So it looks like i have two different accounts open when its only one with two screens.
 
Fixed the exp bar 🤗 Just the lag in shops and the chars stats to be sorted and that’s definitely on Scorps side 😔
