Time limit on quest items

Trying to follow the weapon upgrade guide and found the quest items having a limit time on it. To be honest, it is quite hard to get those items from mobs or auction house. And it will probably take a long time for a player (new as me) to collect everything needed.1776772237290.png
Do you think it is possible to remove the time limit?
Also can GM help to manipulate the auction house to make the market moving faster to motivate players (again, new as me).

Have been died for a dozen of time with only killed 3 thunder zuma guard in 3 days, jumped when seeing a drop of the TornPage item and disappointed to see a time limit on it. At that moment, I know the weapon upgrade quest will never be possible to me.
 
Combining 3 makes a page, then the page I believe becomes bound to character.

Imo all or most quest and upgrade items should be tradable, maybe apart from Elysian Ore, especially since the upgraded items are not worth the time and hassle to most players, it would also help the economy, more need for Gold and GG to be transferred player to player etc.

I mean an Elysian Source can be sold so why not the ores needed to make them?
