Just feels weak atm , no lock on .. long cast time.. long delay.. used to be strong but now i can typically out dps it with explosive amulet . 
ThousandSword underpowered?

It's AOE so lock on would be irritating when you want to target the ground somewhere between mobs.
Also being AOE you can predict and target the ground to catch a running player that you cant with a DPS skill
I will lower the skill delay in favour of a Cooldown that should at least allow you to get another skill off in between ThousandSword and increase the dmg marginally
