Teleport home issue during normal castle wars

Lo GM, Can this be reviewed before the coming update, normal war time (not sabuk wall war) we should be allowed to use this teleport home scroll, got these in bag and it can't be used coz i usually just purchase tele home, especially for sabuk wall guild owners only


There's no clash in time for normal war + sabuk war so i guess there would be no issue in changes, thanks
