Talisman of Damnation and Orbremnant.

Orb remnant drops from hellweaver.
To spawn a hellweaver you need to kill 50 crystal weavers.
Many many many people need this at the moment and I predict it to drop at a rate of one every 4/5 days if the crystalweaver is farmed every other spawn. Its hourly. Spawns in riftshard fissure.
 
Talisman of damnation is from vharzul in xorokar cave. To get there you need to be wearing a witch head. To make a witch head you need 2 red 2 black and 2 white scrolls that you obtain from scroll mobs in eldrics library. Then go back into library and go UP LEFT DOWN RIGHT. You’ll find the sightless witch room. Spawn it using 50 demon souls and the scrolls. Kill it and it will drop a witch head u wear it as a torch in the library to guide you through a different route. A small blue arrow will appear next to you when you wear it in the library pointing to the next room. Carful the witch head has a timer and runs out so remove it when you get to the other side. Then you have 5 floors with a vile demon on each floor. The 5th floor has vharzul hidden in the floor.
At the end of this room there is a room with a box to enter the 200+ ds cave. The 5th floor there holds another boss and 6th is a vile demon and 7th is where superboss XOROKAR spawns
 
Also to get into the hellweaver boss you will need a riftshard that crystalweaver drops.
Then go to hellweaver f2 to the 195 da cave entrance. When you have a riftshard in ur bag and the hellweaver is out then npc will give u the option to tele into kr

Up left down right works but it's easier to go up down left right, extra bounce instead of crossing a room
