As title says what do you think this year's summer event will be? based on what was said last year

Looks like a return to the badlands could be on the cards and am also hoping the start date/time will be roughly the same 25th is a week away
 
I wish GM would give a bit more notice about these events. I assume it’s going to be this week or next, but it’s difficult to plan with so little notice.


What happened to the event notice board? It would be really helpful to have a yearly schedule of the planned events. I understand that the finer details can be confirmed closer to the time, but having the dates in advance would make planning so much easier

History says we will get an event, recent history tells us that we won't know what or when until the last minute.
I'm thinking it will get announced tomorrow and be followed by lots of complaints about how there's no time to prepare followed by me saying I told you so. 😂
 
This is what I mean . Some people are relying on an event based on last year . Some people are saying what makes you think there's an event . Why all the speculation . Just put it on the damn board . Either way haha . 🤣🤣 event or no event . Just keep the community in the know
 
So "what if?" he was to announce the event last week and tell the players that the GG caves where going to be limited again like the last event.
Then he has a whole week of the community saying that it sucks before it's started and listening to people moan about how it's crap and they're not going to buy GG unless it's changed to what they want it to, be or like the last event limited notice let's people play the event before they make judgement and goes on holiday after it's done and ignores all the hate until he's enjoyed a nice little get away paid for with the money spent on all the GG people who would have said they're not buying any if they had notice of what the event was going to be with prior notice.

Like I said Scorp leaves little clues in his posts of what he's planning he said last summer that the bad lands would be back and there was more work to be done on it so that's what makes me think it's coming back and the last 2 summer events have started the last week in July just like when he released the dark delve he said there was more to come and said it would be at the end of the 2nd quarter so when it dropped at the beginning of the month it was expected if the event doesn't start at the end of this week then it will be next week but it's coming so build your rage pots and exp potions or whatever else you think you will need the badlands are coming.
