Subscription been wiped !?!?!? FAO Andy

As above, i commented on the facebook post to revive an additional 7 days on my subscription, not only did i not get the subscription extension but you've taken my subscription i had away which had another 2 weeks left on it ...

Can someone sort this for me please

I had this issue. It was linked to not running the update (after you said, i ran the patcher and it fixed everything).
