Is there any idea of a time scale when
This will be resolved for me and kotoz
As in knowing if we will be aloud to have
Our chars back I’m sorry that Fuji has made
You look through all this but it’s doing my head
In I just wanna be back playing sorry for the
Spam I’m just so sad 😭 thanks again

Just abit off a puss take all I have done is let
Someone on my char loads do it
I spend my hard earned cash playing
Here and don’t get no reply’s and just
Get point blank ignored I’m just sad it
Has come to this when you play daily
And it’s taking away it’s hard with no reply

Think Andy posted earlier saying he was having to investigate and then would decide if you guys were getting back. Guessing he is still investigating?

Yes I’m guessing so a quick message would be
Nice when you spend your hard earned cash
On his servers for years about 12 years in total
I have played and just get ignored is abit crap
I’m sorry that this had happend and he has to
Take time to look into it but I’m just sad I can’t
Play for the last 3 weeks
 
When dealing with sensitive topics such as this, a great element of care is put into it. Everything needs to be looked at and considered to make sure a fair decision is made which can take some time. Since this is a private matter, the account holders will be contacted privately, not in open forum. On top of this, a lot goes on behind the scenes to ensure that the game is running smoothly and updates aren't affected.

Okay I understand that mate I haven’t been contacted at all sent aloud of emails
