Says on guide there is a special repair in Mudwall and Sabuk but I can't find can someone clarify please?

Go to hero’s town spec repair on npc’s

The ring shop in Sabuk wall will Special repair jewelery and the Clothes shop in SabukWall will repair belts and helms ,
They are to the righ had side the 2nd row of buildings as you enter the gate and proceed to the Palace

Haven't done the quest mate

I’d advise getting it done if you can find 2 others to do it with, failing that you can make 2 noobs and log them in alongside your main char to do it as most people have done the quest now, but once you unlock heroes it’s much easier to repair and sell and buy things from the npcs there
