Is there a spec repair for items and belts/boots?
Tracking weapon pranja island
Armour woomyon (no belts or boots)
Am I missing a npc at these places for the rest or are we limited to those unless you do hero's quest.
 
Boots and belts cannot be special repaired ever, not even in Heroes Village.

Use durability orbs on them instead

Boots/Belt - Arcadia Tailor 240:204
Boots/Belt - Mongchon(Sabuk) Hilton 651:294
Jewellery - Bichon Door 305:275 (3 npcs)

SPECIAL REPAIRS
Weapon - GiRyoong Door 223:235 High Warrior 14:7
Helmet/Armour - Heroesville Tailor 161:122
Helmet/Armour - Woomyon Mike 203:321
Jewellery - Heroesville Jeweller 153:123
Jewellery - Mongchon (Sabuk) Door 671:272 (3 npcs)
Jewellery - Gi Ryoong Door 238:239 Jeweller 10:10

You can't spec rep boots or belt - if they drop dura you can use a dura orb if you wish. You can get them repiared in Tristram and some other towns.
Heroes' quest will give you access to Heroes Village to Spec rep everything else (Gi-Ryoong for wep spec rep).

Wait a minut.. i an not 100% sure now but looking at Zade cords i am thinking i now one thing in game he seems not to. I wonder if this can realy be true!

There are also a belt and shoe npc in tristam!:tan:

I just copy and pasted these from our guild board mate, it was never meant to be an exhaustive list :)
 
thxs alot. i saw the 3 npcs in sabuk but didnt know they spec repaired because they didnt say anything like the weapon/armour peeps did.
 
You could always just do the heroes quest, it's really easy and can be good fun the first time you do it
