Guide Someone trying to access my account.

During my leveling in the Helping Hero quest, I was unexpectedly disconnected and I was like "Wtf happened" and approximately five minutes after entering. Following this, I noticed a red notification indicating that there may have been an attempt to access my account from another location, which was then followed by a termination message.


This situation is concerning, and I am uncertain whether it was caused by a system bug or an issue with my internet connection. Could you guys please clarify if this is a known technical problem? Additionally, would you advise me to change my account password as a precautionary measure?

I got randomly kicked from game yesterday i'm going to assume it was my internet connection that simply disconnected.

Changing your password is never a bad thing, especially for your own reassurance.

Chances are it was a random glitch. But anything account related that in unexplained your first thought should always be to do a password reset asap. No harm in being careful

My experience on the red notifications after entering the (correct) password is totally fine. It is because the game was terminated abnormal and you will need to enter 3 times of the (correct) password.
As suggested above, change your password if you are not sure.
