Skill book problem

imo books in general and how hard some of them are to get for lower levels needs to be looked at. My main is 130 now and lacking most decent stuff, and the bosses that i need to kill to get them feel almost impossible atm. Its leading to me getting a bit bored tbh as all I can do is kill goats for xp, get cant do any damage to the bosses at this level.
Levelling has got too fast these days to give people a chance to catch up, but levelling so fast means people get less items and books along the way which causes imbalance
Taking a bit of time out to collect items or to just grind gold generation so you can buy them, can go a long way and make a character a lot more playable.
Items and books are cheaper than they've ever been, and gold is easier to take than its ever been. I feel sometimes there's too much pressure to 'catch up' and sometimes it's worth just taking the foot off the gas and enjoying the lower levels for what they are, exp will come in time

Nothing to do with your level. Boss has drop files related to its level
In theory it would drop yes but it is not in drop files at the moment. you can buy it from Mongchon Library (just outside Mud Wall)
