It does seem completely bonkers, and it's been a bit of a mess, but it's only day 1, I'll be giving it at least a couple of days before passing any judgement. If anything I think it's a nice change to actually have an area that can't just be cleared by one half decent group
It means for four hours lower levels cannot take part in the event at all.
It is also impossible for lower levels to kill the frost giant that is level 154!
The spawns if reindeer trees etc are very low. Many are not happy with the caves so loads are running round snow brook.
We’re there not meant to be Xmas mobs on other provinces?
Would have been good to have them across the whole game. Spread players out.

I have tried every lvl of cave... love xmas idea but... mobs in insane cave 168 to hard.... lower level cave just as bad... as always no arc pets.. plz just add exp cave.
invasion too long 2 hrs max
I understand change things but some players like just xmas trees etc..
love changes but nice just to level or drop hunt or boss hunt? allow for all of this]

Nothing wrong with caves, all seem good to me. Like the idea of trees being in all provinces though, even if drop is reduced
Caves are difficult and slow for taos. Please look past your own nose.

Only thing I would change is, as was mentioned above, to put Xmas trees and reindeer in every province (with reduced drop rate). Would spread things about a bit more and give noobs a better chance of getting stuff
As for the siege, yes it makes it impossible for lower levels to enjoy event during that time but let's kee' things in perspective, it's only 4 out of 24 hours, and it's at a random time, so deal with it. Events are usually vastly more beneficial to low levels than they are for high levels and tend to be seen as a "catch up" opportunity, this is a token to make the event enjoyable and challenging for the high levels too, and it's achieved exactly that, so thank you.

Nothing wrong with constructive criticism though.
Mobs that slow spam are pointless as a tao because your pets can't do anything.

Siege is bonkers but fk I enjoyed it, maybe open event cave so lower levels have a place to go, but to be fair I saw plenty of 130ish characters enjoying it
The only thing I would like changed is the mob count/rs rate in the event cave it's much too low I shouldn't be able to clear the CT map solo and have a 5min wait on re :fat: but that's only a small complaint in an otherwise fantastic event

I said in another thread this. If 10 people hunting then the lack of mobs is evident

I like the invasion. Last night's one seemed long because it started at 8pm. But people from around the globe play. Exp and mobs during the invasion was brilliant. We had a fair few low lvls grped and was recalling them around.
Today's one I only hit an hour of it but managed 15% and had fun landing on blue dragon twice during random teleporting.

Yeah I agree with the point about the siege being generally aimed at the higher levels. Maybe instead of locking all event maps during siege, it could lock only the top 2? Wouldn't really fit in with the storyline, but it gives the noobers something to do. Or maybe during the siege you could have lower level mobs (100-130, same as in the low caves) landing on some different maps if you want to try and keep the storyline making some kind of sense
