Server - Mobs gone slow mo cant refresh spells soon as moon started

I noticed a few mobs "bosses" acting really really weirdly.
Gorgon in the orc gp, and frost tooth on first of bdp.
No clear ring. Just stood there thumb in ass while I killed mobs around them.
Didn't attack me until I attacked then. Never happened before.
I was killing two snow tigers within slapping distance of frost tooth and he just stood there while my pets and I wailed on the tigers.
Gorgon was yesterday, frost tooth was 2 days ago.

Frost tooth usually only attacks when you hit him regardless of clear ring , well iv always had him only attack when I hit
Really? He usually chases me like stank on shit whenever i get near him
