Just wondered if I upgrade an armour or weapon x 2 which goes up 4 levels - if I salvage it I have better or higher chance or higher essence / design?
I think the answer is yeah as I think it creates a new ID when upgraded in the database, but wanted to be sure before I tried.
E.g. Salving a EM blade compared to a EMSlayer
