Runes extraction tool

Any chance of you @Scorpian adding the extraction tool back for runes over the event? Maybe for 174+ items instead of 180

I think it was available for a limited period of time because of the introduction of (E) crystals for 180+ gear

It's had a negative impact I'm that there is still zero gear 180 to 190 runed for sale

It was suppose to be because bound was removed. I was not able to extract any bound kit as it was 180+
