GM, I appreciate the change to GG caves and the idea that they were more transparent in that it was 20GG for XP and trade materials only.

However, the thrill of the possible drop is what makes Mir great. Please consider brining back the 30GG caves for the next event.

Or have both 20 and 30GG caves so we can choose which we prefer.

I know there was lots of complaints of people not wanting to spend 30GG and get a scroll but lots of us are more than happy to.
 
Was thinking exactly the same last event . The GG caves were very underwhelming. Would be nice to see them go back somewhat similar to what they were .

Also the tournament most kills / orbs made was also missing last event bring It back !

The guild epic map on the river of flames was a nice edition though .
 
Please keep this on topic, no need for you to intentionally destroy my thread because of what guild I’m in.

GG caves drops messed up the market.
IMO last event was so much balanced exp/drops wise.
Back before Xmas elys were going around 1K GG, now they are handed away free.
 
People have such short memories

Every event the most common post is "I've done x number of gg caves and got nothing"

And the whole thing was turning into extreme pay to win, all the rich people just sat in gg caves 24/7

GM listened to feedback that people wanted the events to be more engaging and not all just about gg caves, and the feedback at the time was overwhelmingly positive

There was a couple of people unhappy, but that'll always be the case, can't please everyone, but vast majority seemed to prefer it

It's strange to see now people asking for it to go back to the old way, that really messed up the game economy for everyone

Maybe something else could be added to bring back that "maybe there's a chance I could get a super rare thing" but putting that in private caves doesn't feel right. There will be another solution to that. I look forward to seeing what GM is cooking up for us

Gg caves were overcooked event before last and messed economy up as too many rares dropped, then last event burning items/ phoenix items also dropped like candy and put another nail in coffin of ely items.

I put this down to gm having arcadian in mind and server getting ready to move on from them as a whole. Although arcadian might aswell not be in game atm as their drop rate seems so rare.

id rather event stay away from gg caves personally and just have more subs drop on normal maps with chance of rares. Last event was fun just too many rares dropped overall, so need to be dialed back and will be good.

Anyway i think we need another skull island event in mean time!
 
Maybe the GM should look at making the Epic guild maps in the event like BDP/GC hunts where. Open a portal and the guild goes on enjoys their hunt . That would be better than a group of 25 spamming all the bosses getting all the loot . It's fair for everyone . Even the small guilds .
 
I think gg caves should be upgraded again spending so much money for 0 is a god dam shame and it takes the excitement out of it and zade for once we dont need your input but the gms cheers mate

Why do you consider your opinion more valuable than mine?

I welcome and encourage all opinions, if they agree with me then cool, if they don't agree with me then I'm happy to discuss and debate the points on their merit.

Just throwing out there "I WANT MORE STUFF" and "DONT REPLY IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ME" isn't really a strong or well considered point

I'll try my best to engage you on the tiny sliver of merit I can find in your post, you say you don't want to spend so much money for zero. Please share with the class how much you spent in the last event and how much exp you got, and how much gold you got.

I spent about 1000 poind thanks pal cause i can and made gold

Enough seen for my spending so lets put it bk the excitement off getting a nice rare drop u just waffle mate your boaring crawl out u barly even play so why you even arsed
 
The last event was total dogshit. Made me question why I returned. You had years of the same style event then he just nerfed that last one and made it total dogshit and gave the mega nerds. Ten times more items dropped during Easter than Xmas. Easter event was shit end of. Every single person who buys gg hated it. Everyone who don’t buy gg loved it. I personally would build the server around the people who support it with donations. Not left wing lazy people who want everything on a plate for free. People pay to play them events because of the rewards. people come back to play during events because they can progress mich faster and have an actual enjoyable gaming experience instead of feeling like you ordered a stripper but u can’t touch. Which is pretty much what Arcadia is like 90% of the time. Them events made it fun to play and spend. Easter did not have that feeling. It felt like normal draining un rewarding gameplay. People will not come back to play another event like Easter I can garuntee you that

I respectfully disagree, in part.

I agree that the previous event style was more focused on pay to win, and the easter event wasn't. Even though I'm a paying player, I think the idea of working your way to the top rather than buying your way there is better for the game's longevity. Reward players who put the time in. This directly disadvantages me as much as it does you. But I am supporting it because I think the game is better for the majority when it is that way.

The one thing I'd say is to make the caves a bit less repetitive, people are more likely to get bored when it's the exact same thing 1000 times.
 
I’m one of probably 10-15 people who spend probably 15kgg on them events. I spent like 3k at Easter. The numbers speak for themselves. Is this game a business or is it a liberal support/charity group?

Probably a bit of both to be honest. It needs balance, and needs both sets of players to thrive. If it's entirely pay to win then only those 10-15 people you mentioned will still exist, what's the point in paying to win a server where you're the only player?
