So basically by staying logged on afk in a safe zone lvl img arcamon your getting free exp boosts when your back online...
You don't have to be logged in at all, even if you're offline your character will build rested exp. It's meant to help people who can't put hours upon hours into the game every day to keep up and also encourage people who play constantly to go experience some of the other features the server has to offer other than just constantly grinding for xp
