I think this kind of thing works itself out after a while, give it time. Before update, there was a huge surplus of fine oils, sometimes I would put a handful in AH at 30k and they would take several days to sell. I think most people leave a lot of them on the ground.
Now with new update there is a lot more pure gems dropping, and there's been no change in the fine oils drops, so the market for fine oils is going to pick up.
At first you'll get a handful of people selling them at crazy prices just because they can, and that's fine, if you're desperate to buy you will buy, if you're not, you won't! That's the beauty of a free market. Over the new few weeks people will start to take notice of the change in market and less of them will get left on the floor. People who use a lot of them (like me) will start to pick them up and use them instead of just buying them for really cheap. And people who want to make some cash will pick them up and sell instead of using the bag space for other things like blooms and foods.
It will take some time for things to even out, but I'm confident the market will sort itself out in a few weeks.

Nobody has listed any grinding oils for days. I wish they didn’t have a chance to fail to make aswell as a chance to fail to upgrade

They have, but they get bought up quickly. I know cos I've bought a handful for 100k, and I've seen some at 200k that were not there later. Glad I've got a full store char of them, sorry I'm keeping for my own use
Hint: Subs and sub-subs in BDP drop them and there's millions of them, especially 2F and 3F. I level my warrior there and usually end up with between 20 and 30 oils each run.
