Hi, I am new.

I play as a wizard and tamed some creatures. When the timer ran out they died. I tired to "re-tame" them, but after trying to 2-3 minutes, I gave up.
Does re-taming still work?

Also, some creaters seem untamable even though I am higher level than them?

Final question. I have seen wild fox in arcadia. Id like to make one my pet, but how do I "catch" a pet?

thank you.

Wizard pets die when the timer runs out, you can cast eshock on them to top up the timer to a maximum of 60 mins. Hover your cursor over the pet icon at the top left of your screen to see how long it has left and you'll see the time increase as you shock it.

Pets that you 'catch' work completely differently, they are called Arcamon and are available to any class. There's a sticky thread here by Warda that explains all about them

thank you for the info.

Yeah, I read that thread. it mentions having a ClearRing. I didn't get the impression it was compulsory?

I ran up to a fox, but couldn't find any capture option.

The Arcamon is a drop from a mob not the mob itself. Some mobs (Bears in Past Bichon) for example will run away from you rather than head towards you to attack if they are going to drop an Arcamon on death. I'm not sure if all mobs do this if they're going to drop one but it's something to watch out for.
