As much as it pains me to agree with you, exactly that issue is what puts me off playing wiz completely. I'm enjoying tao now and it seems like it'll stay that way

Playing wiz isn't playing, when 90% of your attention is watching out for people appearing who want to kill or steal your pets, that's simply not fun gameplay for me

I Think it puts alot of people playing, and really destorys the enjoyment of playing. but whatever is done people will moan about something they always do.
 
It’s sad that people can’t play one of the 3 classes because of this stealing issue ,
The new maps no safe hunt area so risky choice for a wiz even though it’s very wiz friendly due to amount of TU mobs .
As 1 or 2 people posted the BDP Gucci pets syndrome, well I and others in guild often give up time to help wizzes get pets in BDP , we a casual PVE guild and don’t have people on most weeks to clear BDP but still we go to help out our fellow members get pets and bloody annoying to hear a day or so latter someone lost a pet etc etc due to stealing lag etc etc surely with the amount of exposure this topic has had for so long now changes are needed fast …..
 
There are some mobs in the new elysium caves that are not quite as good as bdp pets but not a million miles off. But they are level 200+

I think if GM makes those tameable after next level cap update then this problem will be somewhat mitigated

Damage isn't the problem in my opinion, it's survivability.

Yes hp runes fix that, but the lack of drops on hp runes hinders the class so badly most wizzies quit playing. On top of that we have to choose between hp or mc. No other class needs to make that choice.

See, this is why GM can't just make change overnight.

Double wizz's HP? Some wizz would then be virtually unkillable in PvP.
 
I wont not name and shame the char who do this but every1 mentioning him stealing pets all time but so shocking high lvl wiz with top end gear spending all that time searching people to steal the pets instead spending that time to go bdp and getting his own..imagine a wiz with pet on the move and he go on move too to search,purely thats so creepy!!like a pet maniac

It s become a job for him to steal and search Some1 with pets.
He got every 1 or every Wizz in his friend list, once a Wizz with pets logging he know, then start looking. Really need relook at friendlist system.

Every time I try hunt with my wiz in a non-sz I either get dani stealing or ammar trying to kill them. Lowest of the low. Since that's your besties it's a bit of hypocrisy to moan about others doing it to you

it seems like u actually defending the unname thief that grief all the wiz ingame..r u besty now adays lol?and u say u stop playing the wiz so how long ago?did they moan here? were? did i moan lol

well im just saying the fact that it shouldnt be happening and its right pets should be change not to be tame with others or atleast change it to have a permission to be tame

What anything 'seems' to you is irrelevant to me. Very few people here care what you have to say. Every thread that you get involved in turns from decent discussion to shitstorm as soon as you appear. Take the hint and go do something useful

Please back down people. This is a good thread with a lot of good points and ongoing discussion on the pets topic that @Scorpian might actually pay attention to. Please don't ruin it.
 
You have always been able to steal wizz pets it's part and parcel of having them. So should not be changed if some one steals my pets then so be it who cares ill go get more or steal some one else's simple. I've even stole loads just to @Slaughter them for shits and giggles. If pets get removed then so e it only really use for them is bossing and I can just do that on war or tao rest of time they just a hindrance
 
not every 1into stealing and some of them says its hard for them even to go to f4 just to get pets..so ithink thats so cruel and selfish of some to tame others just to have some giggles when they spends 2hrs just to get it,the effort and time they consume just be wasted because others literally will go for just giggles🤐

tbh its not the friendlist system need lookin at, have to be pets cant be tame with others regardless

So you don't want bound kit but want bound pets.
Pets should always be stealable can't have something tamable made untamable once tamed it's just stupid. And for the record I don't go around solely looking to steal pets I quite often leave them be but certain people ill kill there pets all day long

well to me no problem at all,but if majority of wizzy ingame being grief and complain about ingame,mostly quitting wizzy for that reason, then i will vote as a wiz too ye make it untameable,as personally as high wizzy like me it shouldnt be taming others just for giggles.
btw bound kit and bound pet is well different situation u know,and if u want me to enlighten u i will too.
and lastly, it doesnt mean that if be change to untameble others cant kill it.
