Pearl rev ring wasnt unidentified

Hello it is October 2 and I just bought an unidentified pearl para ring for 500 GG and when I went to look in bag it was already opened and white not red or unidentified as described in description can you please fix this issue ?

Yeah man that sucks I hope it can get fixed it get a new ring or gg back cause that's a nice amount to get skimped like that
