Feature Request New skills

Hi all just putting it out there,

@Scorpian Whats the possiblity that a set of new skills that can get added to book/drop files etc? i think it would be a very good addition to the rare Arcadian items soon to be seen on the server. i think it would be a boost within the community and it might even have a good effect on the game economy also but thats just my opinion.

not really interested in the server capabilities and the tech ins and outs,
simply put, if it was possible then who else would like to see it?

New skill for hig lvl, migt do skill lvl 210 and higer for them . As all the skill must be ower lvl 3 bacikly lvl 4 skill to merg skill for new skills,as new skill that merg skill casting for skill as skill under merge can lvl upp to even higer state.
defends buff state merge of skill for first new skill at 200+
then skill that aprowe singel atack to be merged
then mass atack skill

Remove majority of skills and go back to basics.
