isnt this pretty pointless if we cant do rare or unique items??
mythic normal items are common as muck anyway and nobody is gonna spend that amount of gold on trying to craft one.

I agree with the OP. The ability to create good items is one of the best things about mir. There is little point putting all that effort into extracting a mythic if you cant use it to make another item even better? In many cases, you will be better off just crafting better items and going without the mythic bonus.
 
I think I've misunderstood something

The website says

"Use your favourite salvage npc, crush an item down to essence or design and also earn some mythic esssence"

I've salvaged a few mythic items at my favourite salvage npc and I have 0 mythic essence

Also is mythic essence the same thing as mythic stars? If not, then what is mythic stars?

Also items like orc weps and armours are normal until they’re upgraded. So u can mythic a lot it then upgrade it. Should be able to use on any item in my opinion. No mythic item really costs 400+gg and that’s what this will cost to do each item.

Was looking forward to making some items but there’s actually nothing I can make that we didn’t already have.
 
ye, hearing the cost of a single extraction I cant see all but a select few higher lvl ppl that can afford it bothering.

It's the first time I've ever thought a feature was a blatant cash in. I mean, in terms of real money its around what, £30 just to extract the mythic essence. Thats bs. Thats me instantly priced out no matter how much I want it.

Can do fresh em weapon and stage 1 but not stage 2. Kinda don't see why that's not allowed? They the same weap regardless of stage.

Should be allowed on all items. Majority or zuma items are better than all rare items anyway. What about Elysian? This would be the only way to make Elysian items actually better then zuma mythics. The cost of doing it is only worth doing it on “rare” items

yeah,every ShadowZuma item with mythic will beat a Elysian item by far,buff Elysian or allow Mythics on Rare items is the only way to go here
 
Day 1 - like all new things it will take a bit of working out, from what I can gather, the way it’s set up is to stop people just making stuff instantly and having OP kit, it’s something that everyone has a chance to do, it will just take time, agree with DS though, but shitty you can not use mythic on armours weapons that have been upgraded. By Christmas this will all look different and people complaining about something else !!
 
Agree that there is no difference from a non upgraded em/orc wep to an upgraded one, should be able to do both. But mythics on crystal/celestial/elysium would be way to op. They need a set bonus for people to want them more they equals mythics, like say if you have 3 items you gain crit10, 4, items you gain 10-20ac, 5 items dc/mc/sc10-20, so you'd be getting the mythic stats but losing them on other items. But it needs to be set so you can just max out all defence or damage. That's where it becomes to op

Na ur not getting it.
U can only add mythic to items that carry that mythic.
Judgment can only be added on rings
Bezelled can only go on rings/braces/necklace
Survive on brace and boots
Vengeance on weapons.

My only gripe is that I can’t do my rejuv arm or cele arm but others can add it on theyre zuma armorers.
I can’t do my evil Mir slayer but other can do they’re evil Mir swords/blades
Would of like to bezel or exp my ice drake

I’ve already made mythics way better than a cele mythic could be.

All zuma mythics will be better than a standard Elysian item.

Elysian will never be rare or wanted or needed if we can’t mythic them.

Cele items would still hold value if we could mythic them

Even if Elysian had a set bonus it’s not gonna be anywhere near as good as a mythic zuma kit with 2 survive bracers and boots
Judgement ring
Guardian belt
Fire guard helm
Ethereal armour
Ac10-10
Mac 10-10

Unless a Elysian set bonus is gonna give more than that then the kit is dead in the water.
Even if it does, nobody is gonna get a full upgraded Elysian kit for 6-12 months.

I think and most people I’ve spoke to want to do they’re rare items.

Unique items I don’t think should be able to be done.
Perhaps make Rev and para unique and allow rare items to be done?
I’d like to do Rev and para too tho tbh.

36 agil
24 accuracy
Crit 10
Fire res 10%
Avoid firewall
Clear ring effect

Your kits are already OP and you want more so you're invincible?

Please stop trying to change the game to suit you and a couple of your friends.

For the vast majority of players this new system is already out of reach and unobtainable
