mystic items cave

hi all,
chat with warda tonight he ask me for forum feed back.
2 empty caves serp valley mines and oma cave.
put to him we could use cave as follows.
oma cave up too level 130 mystic items drop cave blue/red mobs only on a % drop no player over 130 allowed in! (items found account bound) no sale .. to save market
serp valley mines level 130+ rules as above..
both caves open same time on a monday as nothing happerns on mondays.
timing 21.00gmt to allow non uk players to join and late workers.
need you feed back

explain better.
oma cave max entry level 130 . mystic items up to 130 drop from blue/red mobs set @ %rate from GM.. exp level and cash level low.. mobs hard to kill but rewards worth it.
serp valley mines entry lvl 130+ mystic items as above but much harder.
no gps earned or cash just an item hunt cave.
all items account bound in non pk cave.
note mobs can still kill you then you may drop!

Is there any point to have a double mythic is items don’t even drop, drop rates are the worst ever at the moment, really shocking off mobs. Why go over the top on nerfing them, tried normal caves for 3 hours and game point cave for 3 hours, 2 items in total countless blues and reds killed.

Nothing has changed except pot drops
