just wanna mention beside my own games - i was helping a little with deving LiteBringer game from CipSoft (Tibia devs)
i showed them a way of innovative story and gave some examples - they kinda enjoyed it and constantin said he can give me free hand for the story line - just i refused coz im not story teller - and the hints were enough i think
so i start from the most interesting sug. imo > i met it in other game just few days ago (sorry for mentioning name - censure it if u wanna - Drakensang Online)
so i mean knowledge system - u get knowledge in random quite rare drops - 1 knowledge lvl would be like 1,5 or 1,6 normal level - and it gives u 6 points to spend - (can be from 4 to 8 later) - so it lets u make specific builds - beside levels and gear u get option to build ur toon - like ther only passives there - each cost 2 points (some may more) - and its for example 50 hp per point - 1 or 2 DC - 0,6 or 1,2 AC - 0,1% life leech - or 0,6 0,8 atk speed - the AC DC especially may go easily over the softcap - coz it would be pointless other way - and would make the choice more difficult - i kinda fited the stats to this game coz there it was 3250 hp for each point - and its only my come to this topic - all up to you ofc - the knowledge may start for lvl 100 for example - and how strong the build is compared to lvl power and gear power all up to you ofc 'again - i think all in here - tyty

second suggestion was about drop from dead character - but im not sure how that works - maybe some explnaition pls - coz i only droped weakest piece of gear so far - so maybe after u get little better gears - they dont drop anymore - just a shame i drop my 'preccious' orchid brace with socketed 100mp - that
1 mil was maybe not a fortune but got little sad - but maybe it works how it should - well shit happens - thats fine too lol
and my last one for now - is about durability and repairing gear - i really wish the dura stat didnt exist at all - gear look much better to me if it dont have dura - it last forever - it cost more money - and looks prittier to everyone - and instead of this - it may have a quality stat - my own idea this time - it starts from 100% and goes up to 200 or at times even 300% - so it means all the stats on the item are more efficient - considering the quality percentage - u may exclude the basic stats here like AC MAC DC SC MC - so it would add some item variability - and some item with less stats but more increased > would be better then other with more stats and all of the a little higher even - before you take in mind the quality - makes comparing more complicated no ? but who wouldnt like it ?
