As the nooby titles so aptly suggest, I'm new here lol.

Currently lvl 158 on my Taoist but hit a brick wall on the money making through farming since the event ended.

So with that said would I be right in thinking my main gold source now would be making pet food in Elysian?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated as I'm trying to fund my Celestial gear.

I'm a newb too so I don't know how much money you need and how fast but I have been buying random teleport scrolls and going to ice dungeon, using the teleport scrolls to get right down through the 8th floor and into the ice queen boss room and killing everything in there and picking up just the food and flowers and then from that room go into the top left hand door and it will take you to to another doughnut shaped room with another boss and if you kill everything in there and pick up all the flowers and food when you sell it to the acorn man you get about 250k per run and you can just repeat that as much as you need. I don't know if that's a good method or not it's just the best thing I have found. I usually take about 5 random teleport bundles to get me down to the bottom and it's usually enough to get there fast.

Thanks for the heads up bud ^^ trying to compile money making methods so I don't get bored of any given method.

So far best I can come up with is speed farm food on my Tao or Wiz then turn those into mind/health food etc for 400-450k each, but I could be missing a trick and that could be chump change I'm wasting my time on lol.
 
Selling Cinderbloom/Peacebloom/Felweed is a good method too think they are valued at like 38k each or something now. That & the pet food is pretty much the foundation blocks of making gold on Arcadia. Other ways would be farming lower level bosses to quick sell items to vendors, any rares in auction q/s, as you get higher the big guild caves can drop GoldBars/Bundles/Chests which split quite nicely.

Just grind those methods really, obviously a quick way is to donate gamegold and buy goldbars from the player driven market.
 
Another way is farm the ghoul cave. If nobody is in there the ghouls drop a tao book maybe energy repulse. Full your bag with them and sell to trader. Maybe like 10-16k a piece or so. Can’t remember.
 
Get a weapon with eradication mythic, this increases the rate your eradication meter goes up and makes it easier to keep maxed out. Bear in mind it falls fast if you RT/TT/Teleport. Also it only affects drop rate from mobs, not from bosses.

If you hunt somewhere that has lots of mobs around 10-15 levels below you so you can mass kill really quickly, you should find yeur bag fills up in no time. When bag is full sell to npc and repeat.

Unidentified (red) items, often referred to as 'unis', make sure to ID them before selling to shop, you make more money that way. Wild (vine/magic/might) pots, cinderbloom, peacebloom, felweed, ancient lichen, all sell for decent prices to npc.

These ingredients can often sell for a lot more (100k+ each) to players, pop them in AH. Going rate fluctuates a lot so just search what other people are selling for and pick a similar price, or lower if you want it to sell faster.
