Missing Skills

My brother has recently rejoined Mir as a wizzy character and doesnt have the same set of skills available to him as my wizzy, has certain skills like teleport and armageddon been removed from game on newly created characters

I assumed that they have been because I noticed that on my wizard too, they aren't exactly ground breaking skills. Arma is slightly better than firestorm and teleport is useless.

Yep some skills were removed from drops and hidden from visibility if unlearnt
