Missing GameGold

Is it the first time you did it for that character? First time needs manual approval, after that should be automatic within a couple of minutes. Maybe Andy is busy with update preparations, a quick email might push him along a bit!

Also, did you do it ingame (where char name is automatically populated) or in your browser? If in the browser, any mistake in the char name will mean you don't get it automatically. Need to be very careful I know this has caught people out before. Andy can fix it but will take some time once he's aware
 
Hey, I think we are missing your character name, an email should have been sent to you. You can post the name here and ill cross-reference the records to get it sorted
