Low lvl item sets reborn or new mythic stats?

I was in wooma temple lvling my pets n picked up a couple junk items and some of them actually have not bad effects like; Pheony items convert 5mp to 1hp , Orchid items have leach life 5% , survive items have poison resist+recov and hp regen.

Just wondering if theres any chance we could get higher lvl items with these sort of effects or possibly add them to the Mythic list?

Having a leech life gem as a warrior would be lovely too.

Sack +2% DD and give us +2% leech. Eventually building up an entire kit of passive lifesteal, but that wouldn't be cheap.

yeh i remember there being items on p69 that had the leach life effect n they were like the most expensive items ingame lol
