Leveling area

Hi. Iv done most of my lvling during events I'm lvl 68 tao currently hunting in oma gorge. Is there somewhere better?

Past Bichon isn't a great place for levelling

General advice:

1. Use the quick hunt feature. Press H and select quick hunt, it gives you three options that are appropriate to your level. Try all 3 and compare.
2. Try demon soul caves, at your level Savage Wastes is probably most appropriate. They cos demon souls to enter and to stay in, but tend to give better rewards.
3. Check the cave list on my site, best levelling is usually in places where mobs are 10 levels below you. So at 168 you want to aim for about a level 158-160 cave. Try a few from the list around that level and compare.

What I tend to do when comparing places is focus hunt for exactly 1 hour in each place, note my exact exp at start and end. That gives a clear comparison to decide which is best and just stay there until the exp starts getting noticeably worse, which it will do when you start getting too high for those mobs

What class are you, and what kind of standard is your kit? (npc bought, slightly upgraded/premium, or very fancy top end). With that info we might be able to tailor some advice a bit more specifically

As much as you'll hate to hear this, bug cave will be fastest exp until about 195. But a wiz with OP kit will run out of decent lures very quickly, probably get 30 mins max in there before you're standing around wondering where the mobs are. If you're just popping ingame for a short time then that's probably your best bet.

For longer sessions that will be a little bit slower but you'll never run out of mobs, marbled stone tomb is the place for you, especially the maze.

Once you get high enough to TU witches, can't remember what level they are but I'm sure it's high 190s, then you can give lanes a try.

Planes is another viable option, slightly slower than stone tomb but a lot more relaxed and peaceful, if that's the kind of mood you're in.

Good to use a variety of places so you don't get bored so quickly too, even if you find one place way better than the rest, still worth it to mix it up a bit sometimes, keeps the game fresh :)

Someone was telling me about crypto f5? I will follow your advise and mix up the map to not get bored. Planning to hit 195 bfr event >.<

Crypt F5 is lanes. Once you can TU the witches there then absolutely, but I can't remember exactly what level they are. If you can't TU them they are a real pest for solo wiz

I pressed h and it recommended oma gorge, iv got mid range kit, I'm a tao iv played the game on and off for around 25 years now sadly so I know how it all works. I don't play very often so I forget half the caves. Which is the demon soul cave I should be using and where is it I have a few thousand souls. Thank you

It should recommend 3 places, not just 1?
All the caves are listed on my site, link is in my forum sig

Yes it does recommend 3 caves but I assumed it just recommended based on level and those 3 caves wernt necessarily the best 3 to use? Easier mobs in slightly lower caves etc, I didn't want to trawl a site I thought some would have in game experience and could help me

I wrote a long detailed explanation that fully answered your question and instead of a simple thanks you focus on the one part where I expected you to do a little bit of research yourself, even pointed you exactly where to look, and have a go at me about it.

No good deed goes unpunished I suppose, eh.

I really try my best to help people as much as possible, and stay positive, but this sort of response really makes me wonder why I bother.

Didn't at all have a go at you in the slightest it would have been easier if u knew to just type that instead of what you wrote. My tag might say Newby but iv been reading you on these forums for years. No I didn't want to research it that's why I asked here or I wouldn't of asked I'd have googled it. Thank you

the 3 suggested caves really are the best options, ive tended to stay using the lowest of the 3 with sometimes venturing to the middle one, from what i believe you want to be withen 10 lvls either side of your lvl to get max xp from mobs, going lower or higher well start reducing the amount.

GP caves are good to hit up Naga GP is a bugger to get to but pretty decent and you can log inside there to save having to keep running back, just find a clear spot to log in and be ready to blast once you come back on.

Check out https://zade-mir.com/ it has tons of info on it, use it all the time

That's not having a go? I have about as much in-game experience as anyone, and you very strongly implied I didn't help you, after I wrote out a multi-paragraph response giving you help

"No I didn't want to research it that's why I asked here or I wouldn't of asked I'd have googled it"
By research I meant trying the three places that are recommended to you by the game itself. What ones are most suited to you depend on multiple factors which won't be taken into account by anything you find on "google", that's why I went to the effort to give the best generic advice I possibly could, then asked a simple follow-up question which would have allowed me to give more accurate specific advice for you, which you couldn't even be bothered to answer

I didn't want to trawl a site
It's hardly trawling... it's literally a list of caves with the answer to your question clearly highlighted. I went to significant effort to make it as easy as possible to find the information you need quickly and easily
