Just a suggestion of a level 40 guild having more seats and maybe an extra shield(10% extra drop rate for members) or something like that. I think having some benefits to maintaining the highest level guild would be a good incentive to maintain the level. I know we can buy better shields but that does come at a heavy price of gold and guild build points. So would be good to having more people to help maintain it.
