Thought I'd chuck some ideas on the table for some new spells, hopefully give GM some inspiration. Anyone else who has ideas is encouraged to post their own too :)

Wizard
  • Protection Shield - Cast once to generate an aura that acts like a protection ring for 30 seconds. 90 second cooldown.
  • Fire of Phoenix - The power of Call Of Phoenix focused on a single target, must be directly beside the target, same total damage and cooldown as CoP

Taoist
  • Medusa's Stare - Paralyse every monster on the map for 2 seconds. 30 second cooldown.

Warrior
  • Battle Lines - Cast an aura around the player that automatically repulses anything that approaches, hotkey to toggle on/off. Uses 50 MP per second while active.
 
Warrior - Odin's Gift
Cast blazing sword + flaming sword + chilling sword simultaneously for 50% power; going up to level 3 80% and 90% level 4
 
Taoist - Reanimate - revives recently killed mobs as pets that then die again after 10s (similar to zombies waking up)

Taoist - Frozen shinsu - converts Shinsu to ice attack that can slow and chance to freeze

Warrior - Ghost walk - when cast the warrior can walk through any level of mob for 5s

Wizard - Thors totem - Places a totem on the ground that shocks and stuns any mobs that come within 5 squares
 
We have a lot of spells that have been slightly revamped from originals already in game .
Spells that we have now may make the originlas from Korea USA redundant or weak in comparisoin or just not needed in our gameplay as we dont have world bosses all the time ...

Example of Korean Spell s not used as yet

HOLY Ground Taoist cast 12 by 12 Round Ying Yang shape on the ground - all alies recover HP MP while standing in it all mobs walking in it take Holy Damage
RAIN of Swords Warrior - Aoe Attack - rains small Swords down on mobs stunning them and damaging them
ICE Wall or something can rem name - Wizzard - Cast a long wall of Ice to block off mobs and subs emits aoe splash damage
(saw this on korean server when they taking on world bosses was really cool blocking in bosses so group didnt get hit so much , wizzes working toggether to box in stuff
 
Just to bump this.. the biggest issue we have with developing skills is making sure pvp stays as balanced as possible. Then it needs to be good enough to replace a skill already on hotbar
