Does ITD also negate resistance? or just the AC / AMC?

I new ignore target resistance stat may be nice.

Defense -
The act of protecting from harm or danger. Often involves shielding or responding to a threat.

I think its just ac/amc.

Id say the only thing that negates resistance is having more of a certain damage type.
