Is there a limit on Attachments?

Is there a limit on the number of attachments you can use because for the last few days I keep getting the following message?

IMG_2102.JPG: Exceeds your quota by 17.20 MB. <a href="misc.php?do=attachments" target="_blank">Click here to view your attachments</a

Plus, there is nothing to click on to view my attachments.

Its possibly due to a lack of posts that your getting this error, but i'm not certain.

What are you attempting to attach?
The limit is 19.07mb, don't see number of posts changing that.
Maybe you are trying to add too much or a file too big, 17mb seems quite a lot, I have one screenshot and a picture on mine and it doesn't even come up to 1mb.

Also if you click "Go advanced" on a reply there is a button what says "Manage Attachments" under the "Additional Options" section.

im trying to attach a screenshot, i have cropped it reduced quality and now its only 69 KB!, still doesnt work
