Bug Report Insufficient Crystal Orb(s)

Seems to indicate "15+" crystal orbs are needed
Click the "enter free" link
It says insufficient crystal orbs

I have way more than 15

How many are actually needed? Or is this a bug? Tried on various characters, tried fully closing the game and logging back in. Can't access that lair.

Any help please
